R&D Scientist Bioprocessing United Kingdom 12-month contract Biotechnology / Life Sciences We re partnering with a leading client in the biopharmaceutical industry to find an R&D Scientist to join their upstream process development team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career scientist looking to gain hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and bioreactor operations. What You ll Do: Set up, operate, and maintain lab-scale bioreactors (fed-batch & perfusion) Support mammalian cell culture CHO cells, media prep, revival, subculture Monitor bioprocess parameters and ensure optimal growth conditions Assist with data generation, documentation, and general lab upkeep What We re Looking For: BSc or BEng in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering (MSc/MEng preferred) 0 2 years of experience in biotech or a lab-based R&D setting Basic knowledge of mammalian cell culture and upstream processing Why Join?
