This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional, qualified or non qualified, to manage a varied caseload while enjoying true flexibility and impressive earning potential. The successful candidate will independently manage a varied caseload of residential property files. What s on Offer: In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this role features a bonus scheme of up to £15,000 per year , with most fee earners regularly achieving £10,000+ annually . Key Responsibilities: Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including complex transactions such as leasehold and shared ownership properties. Ensure all files progress efficiently while delivering excellent service to clients, agents, and third parties. There is potential to increase your caseload over time, based on performance and progression. Required Skills & Experience: Essential: Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
