Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
Monitor and assess residents’ health, updating care plans accordingly.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues to promote the well-being of residents.
Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of clinical governance.Requirements:
Must hold a valid NMC PIN (Active Registration).
Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in nursing care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
