Registered Nurse Halesowen / £22 per hour / Days Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in a supportive and caring environment? Duties for the Registered Nurse Include: As a Nurse, you will work closely with fellow care professionals, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. Your role will involve assisting in the nursing care of residents, contributing to their daily well-being, and promoting independence while respecting their dignity. Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse : Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practices. Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners and other care staff. Support residents and deliver high standards of care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist in the general day-to-day activities of the home. Report to the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead. Requirments for the Registered Nurse: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge and understanding of nursing care practices. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
