Children's Home Registered Manager Location - West Yorkshire (Leeds, LS10) Full Time: 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Benefits: Signing-on bonus to welcome you aboard - £5kA competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on qualifications & experiencePotential for dual registration opportunitiesPrivate medical insurance to support your health and well-beingCareer Support - enrol & fully fund towards a level 5 diploma in Children & Young People's workforce qualificationOpportunities for career growth and development in an ambitious, expanding companyAccess to a pension scheme and 28 days holiday plus bank holiday'sFree parking and casual dress codeMonthly recognition awards & "Duvet day" perksComprehensive induction & ongoing trainingRound-the-clock support from senior management and RI support during inspections Responsibilities: Be an inspirational leader to our Team Leaders and RSW's by supporting the induction of staff, ongoing training, managing performance, allocation of duties and responsibilities, managing shifts, record keeping and reports, budgets, petty cash, staff deployment and day to day supervision and oversight of the staff and young peopleEnsure that records such as care plans, risk assessments and anti-bullying plans are updated and reviewedWork with the management team to ensure that we achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstandingPassionate, professional and highly adaptableCommitted to delivering exceptional outcomes for our childrenUnwavering honesty and integrity Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within the residential care sector Previous experience as a deputy manager, with at least 2 years in a role relevant to the residential care of children Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent) Willingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years (if not already held) Full UK driving license is essential Proven ability to provide consistent care and support to children, including those who may display challenging behavior. A flexible approach to working patterns, including covering shifts when needed The company focus on children with complex needs, learning disabilities, communication difficulties and/or neurodevelopment disabilities.
