Director of Sales The Regional Director of Sales - Europe is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Directors to drive revenue growth for the FS portfolio globally. With a deep understanding of the luxury travel market, the Director will cultivate meaningful relationships across key accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong ability to influence and collaborate across the broader Commercial organization, ensuring seamless integration of sales strategies that support long-term business growth. Additionally, the Director will contribute to global initiatives and cross-regional projects, bringing strategic insight and leadership to elevate our position in a competitive market. What You Will Do: Strategic Leadership & Regional Oversight Oversee the European Worldwide Sales Office team. Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned segments. Lead the annual Sales & Marketing Plan. Drive performance via clear objectives and revenue targets. Market-Centric Sales Strategy & Innovation Use market insights to create innovative sales strategies. Adapt plans to diverse European markets. Lead property support initiatives like FAM trips and activations. Team Leadership & Talent Development Manage and mentor regional sales teams. Hold regular 1:1s, strategy, and team meetings. Lead performance reviews and development planning. Promote succession planning and talent growth. Global Collaboration & Project Leadership Represent Europe in global sales initiatives. Lead workstreams tied to global strategy. Support new hotel openings with strategic input. Account & Partner Management Ensure delivery of strategic account plans. Oversee non-standard contracts for compliance and alignment. What You Bring: Minimum 10 years experience in Sales, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
