Code Resources is a boutique established recruitment consultancy in the engineering sector recruiting civil and structural engineers into design engineering consultancies in the North West and Midlands area. What's in it for you Base salary of c£25k-£30k plus commission on top paid per deal Established consultancy with a good name in the market and investment in technology and the tools you need to do the job Flexible hybrid working policy with a mix of home and office working Training and progression opportunity As a recruitment consultant with Code Resources, what we are looking for: Previous experience within recruitment would be ideal in a technical/engineering/construction capacity in a resourcing or consultant role As a recruitment consultant/resourcer, the role will initially have you connecting and building relationships with candidates in the Midlands region and finding out their motivations and career aspirations, helping them to find their next career move and managing the recruitment process You will be a confident communicator good at building long-term relationships with candidates and identifying candidates interested in a move now or in the future Although it would be ideal if you bring some experience within technical/engineering/construction recruitment, we will consider candidates with a sales background who are good communicators and are looking to develop a career within recruitment Code Resources is a friendly and collaborative agency that supports its staff. The role is based from our Stockport offices, and we operate a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from home 2 or 3 days a week.
