Job Title: CPN CHC Nurse Assessor Band 6 Location: Manchester Duration: 6 month ongoing Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 9am to 5pm ) Start Date: ASAP End Date: August 2025 Rate of Pay: £270 to £300 per dsy ( depending on experience ) Contact: Eric Lopes / What You ll Be Doing: Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. In this role, you will: perform comprehensive patient assessments create and implement personalised care plans deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care maintain accurate patient records Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: a current and valid NMC registration and pin experience working with Mental Health patients strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible.
