If you are pragmatic and love getting your ideas across, this is perfect for you. Role The successful QA Supervisor will: Lead a small team of QA operatives across various shifts. Conduct audits, inspections, and process checks in line with BRC and customer standards. Ensure all non-conformances are logged, investigated, and followed up appropriately. Support ongoing training and development of QA staff. Liaise with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues in real-time. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with HACCP and GMP standards. The Candidate The successful QA Supervisor is someone who is both proactive and detail-driven, with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of food safety protocols. Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a QA role within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment. Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team. Comfortable working across shifts and in chilled environments. Confident in using quality management systems and reporting tools.
