About The Job As the Quality Manager, you ll be responsible for leading a team to enhance product quality, streamline processes and reduce defects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and root cause analysis methodologies. You ll support new product introduction (Control plans & FMEA s), problem solving and CI activities. You ll lead the development of a Quality culture where quality is built into production rather than being inspected after production. Maintain current ISO 9000 accreditation and work towards TS16949. Being an active member of the Management team, you ll report on monthly KPI s, initiatives and progress on agreed actions and Quality targets. Performance monitoring and training to staff members on compliance related topics Be involved with plenty of local and global project based work. About You Commercial training or college degree in Quality Management Knowledge / Certification in 8D, Six Sigma, FMEA & PPAP. Lead Auditor Certification Automotive background advantageous including IATF audit experience. You ll be someone who can develop and foster a collaborative team environment with excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to develop skills and experience amongst the team.
