What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5. You’ll be involved in:
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children’s emotional, physical, and social development
Observing and tracking children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and carers
Working closely with your team to maintain high standards of safeguarding and health & safety
Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Whether you’re leading a story-time session, heading up messy play, or offering comfort and reassurance to a child who needs a cuddle – no two days are ever the same!
What We’re Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A solid understanding of the EYFS framework
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Important Requirement:
You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one with our support.
