Key Skills and Experience: Qualified solicitor with solid experience in handling complex litigation matters Proven ability to work in a fee-earning role and meet both individual and team billing targets Strong organisational and time management skills Professional, confident, and client-focused approach Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, client-focused legal services tailored to meet individual needs. Provide expert support to existing clients, specifically in the areas of Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Handle a diverse and high-value caseload involving property disputes for both commercial and residential clients. Offer legal advice across a broad spectrum of matters, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary conflicts, rights of way, adverse possession, and covenant enforcement. Contribute to team development by mentoring and supervising junior colleagues as needed.
