About the Role Our client is looking for a committed Solicitor to become part of their vibrant Residential Property team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an excellent chance to progress your career by handling high-quality property work within a respected and growing firm. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on residential property transactions, including the purchase and sale of homes, drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, and property transfers. Handling re-mortgages and equity release matters. Providing guidance on shared ownership transactions and lease extensions. What You'll Need: While the following skills and qualifications are desirable, we encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement: A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 years of PQE in residential property law. A commercially minded and strategic thinker who provides practical legal advice tailored to clients' needs. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. What s on offer?
