Property & Asset Manager - Senior Surveyor Central London Commercial Mixed Use Assets Up to £60,000 salary plus package Day to day exposure to Asset Management Madison Berkeley have partnered with an established independent Real Estate Consultancy based in Soho, looking to continue their growth as a business with the hire of a Property & Asset Manager. This comes off the back of a strong few years financially winning several notable instructions & retaining 100% of their current clients. The business sits at circa 30 headcount with service lines including Investment, Asset management & development. This position would involve reporting into an established Associate Director who joined as a Surveyor and has been with the business for 8 years. At present their Property & Asset management portfolio comprises of circa 250 units, asset classes including mixed use Offices, Retail & Industrial with a portfolio value circa £700m & rent roll of £43m rent roll. All assets are located in Central & Greater London. This is a Senior Surveyor level position covering both Property & Asset Management. Due to management agreements in place, a large portion of the portfolio is Asset Managed services including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, refurbishment and redevelopment projects, value added initiatives & building strategy to name a few. The client is looking to pay up to £60,000 plus package including but not limited to private healthcare, 6% employer pension contribution & annual discretionary bonus. a minimum of 2 years surveying/real estate experience is required. MRICS is not essential for this position, but they have capacity to provide support through your APC if required. I do have a formal job description which is available upon request.
