An industry-leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a flagship mixed-use development in Central London. This high-profile scheme combines residential, commercial, retail, and leisure elements, with a project value exceeding £300m . This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a landmark project that will shape the London skyline and community for decades to come. As Project Director, you will: Lead a large multidisciplinary team, managing project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Represent the main contractor in all client, stakeholder, and authority engagements. Provide strategic oversight, commercial leadership, and ensure programme excellence. Be responsible for governance, risk management, and compliance on site. We re looking for a Project Director with: Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale (£100m+) mixed-use or high-rise developments in the UK. Background working with Tier 1 main contractors in a senior leadership role. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and regulations. Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster collaborative working cultures.
