Project Director - Commercial Developer Independent Project Management Consultancy £100,000-£125,000 + bonus + benefits, London This leading project management consultancy work with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio. They currently seek a Project Manager at Project Director level to join their team due to new projects coming live in Q2 and Q3 2025, these are a mix of new build and complex cut/carve with contract values c£50m-300m. About you: You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with 8+ years experience in a consultancy or client delivering complex projects under JCT contract. Additional candidate attributes: Degree qualified in a property related subject Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent 8+ years project management experience Experience delivering new build, cut & carve or CAT A projects Strong commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication They offer: Mentor programme Wellness allowance Annual bonus Private medical Life assurance Annual trip Flex working 1 day per wk
