Job Title: Freelance Project Director Events, Expo, & Conferences Location: West London (Hybrid) Contract: Freelance (immediate start) on contract running until Aug '25 Industry: Events Expos Conferences Overview Mustard Jobs are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Project Director with a strong track record in delivering large-scale expos, trade shows, and conferences. You ll lead projects from concept through delivery, managing teams, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution to ensure exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of major expos and conferences Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and suppliers Oversee on-site delivery, logistics, and production Ensure smooth coordination across all teams and partners Provide post-event analysis and reporting Requirements 7+ years' experience in event project management Strong background in large-scale B2B/B2C events Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing teams, budgets, and vendors Able to travel and be on-site during key event phases Nice to Have International or hybrid event experience Familiarity with event/project management tools Experience in the gaming industry or gaming expos Please get in touch with me, Ben McKenna-Smith if this position sounds of interest.
