As Product Marketing Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their brand. You'll lead strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and drive the categories, sales and profit and become the UK expert for existing and new products in the market. You'll own the budget and P&L for all products within your category, monitoring margins, forecasts and driving profitability against targets, and lead all market and category analysis to identify potential for opportunities, growth and marketing investment. This role reports into the Marketing Director and leads a team of 2 direct reports. The successful candidate must have proven experience in a DTC/ consumer product business, with the ability to demonstrate strategic experience in leading product categories and driving innovation in a competitive market. You must have strong commercial acumen, extremely data and results driven, and confident in managing P&L's, budgets, high performing direct reports and external agencies.
