Sports MSK Physiotherapist Clinic Manager Full-time, permanent role Salary: £40K - 45K depending on experience plus monthly commission with an OTE of £70K in the first year Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday, early and late rota between 7:30am - 8pm. Location: Roehampton About the role: Based in a private clinic in Roehampton that has 5 clinic rooms, managing a team of 9 Physiotherapists. The clinic provides access to the highest standards of medical care otherwise reserved for elite athletes. This is a unique opportunity to lead a clinic, working closely with the local sports Club to build ther service offering to members and the local community. You will spend 1 day per week on management duties and the other 4 days managing your own clinical caseload. What s in it for you as a Physiotherapist Clinic Manager: Monthly commission plus a bonus linked to clinical performance, offering OTE up to £70K Annual review with the scope for structured progression Private medical insurance 5 days CPD leave + £750 budget 23 days Annual leave and paid sick leave Pension Your main responsibilities as a Physiotherapist Clinic Manager: Ensure delivery of clinical excellence by all team members and individually through personal caseload management. Work closely with the local Sports Club to grow member engagement and utilisation of our expertise, developing close links with the Health Club, Tennis, Golf, Padel, Squash and Croquet teams. Responsible for the availability and performance of the clinical team against forecast. Assisting in the recruitment of new clinicians to complement the current skill mix. Manage the clinic to deliver optimal patient experience and outcomes in conjunction with Operational leads. Outreach and health engagement with the local community, driving engagement with for example local GP practices and sports teams. Implementing service development.
