Rapid assessments and speedy discharges - helping patients move forward, not backward!? Using your specialist OT & PT skills to prevent hospital admissions and reduce readmissions.? Working hand-in-hand with community services and a brilliant multidisciplinary team.? Bringing your A-game to an integrated OT/PT service , where collaboration and adaptability are key.? Flexing across a seven-day service to meet demand - because patient needs don t stick to a 9-to-5! ? What you'll need to bring: ?? HCPC Registration ?? A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy ?? Evidence of postgraduate learning relevant to this exciting clinical area ??
