Description Accurately filling prescriptions and ensuring patients understand their medication and usage instructions. Providing advice on over-the-counter remedies for minor ailments. Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all local and national health regulation standards. Supporting the management of the pharmacy department within the retail store. Engaging in continued professional development and remaining updated with advancements in pharmaceutical care. Proactively developing relationships with healthcare professionals and customers. Contributing to the overall success of the store by cross-selling relevant products where appropriate. Maintaining inventory and managing stock levels. Profile A successful Pharmacist should have: A degree in Pharmacy and an active pharmacist licence. Experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse customers and healthcare professionals. A thorough understanding of pharmaceutical therapy and drug composition. A passion for patient care and customer service. Proficiency in managing inventory and using pharmacy management systems.
