About the role: £40,000 basic salary £6,000 bonus (uncapped) 23 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays) Company contribution pension Employee discount This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of a retail site in conjunction with the Workshop Manager. They will be jointly responsible for the effective management of 5 retail staff. Drive Sales Performance: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Manage Administrative Processes Oversee Stock Control Coordinate Workflow and Scheduling Maintain Depot Standards Ensure Health and Safety Compliance About You: Previous experience within a fast-fit environment or automotive service department. IT literate across Microsoft Office Positive and driven professional with a passion for sales and sales management. A true team player and embrace company culture. Good communicator both written and verbally. Ability to analyse, design, and enhance business processes.
