Role : Marketing Executive Salary : £30-40k Location : Watford ( 3 days on-site ) I m working with a rapidly expanding company who are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to drive regional marketing initiatives, support sales growth, and enhance brand awareness. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of marketing efforts across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, working closely with both local sales teams and global marketing. The role covers everything from digital marketing and demand generation to PR, content localisation, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy for the BNLX region Drive demand generation through email, social media, and paid campaigns Manage and grow social media presence in Dutch and French Oversee content translation and localisation for regional audiences Work with PR agencies and media partners to enhance brand visibility Organise trade shows, webinars, and events to support lead generation Create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and sales enablement content Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt campaigns for the BNLX market Track and analyse campaign performance to optimise marketing efforts Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven investment What they re Looking For: 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in tech, IoT, or telecoms Fluency in Dutch & English (French is a plus!) Strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and content creation Experience managing social media, email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Excellent copywriting and editing skills Strong project management abilities and experience working with PR agencies A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for driving business growth If you tick most of these boxes and are eager to make an impact in a growing organisation, apply now and I ll give you a call
