Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager About Us: We are a national multi branded company committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. We are seeking a talented and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team and drive our employee development initiatives. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a proactive and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development. They possess strong analytical skills and are adept at identifying training needs and designing effective solutions. A commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design and implement learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Performance Management, creating strategies to enhance employee performance, including goal setting, feedback provision, and performance reviews Leadership Development, focusing on cultivating leadership skills among employees to prepare them for future leadership roles Assess training development needs through identifying and analysing skill gaps within the workforce to determine training requirements Apprentice Recruitment, supporting the Group HR Director with the implementation of the L and D and Talent Management framework program and the attracting and onboarding of high-quality candidates including young talent through Apprenticeships Career Pathing, c reating and implement talent reviews, career pathways, role skills mapping to support succession planning across the Group Track and measure learning effectiveness to ensure training programs meet desired outcomes and contribute to organisational goals. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor s degree in human resources, Learning and Development, or related field Proven skills in talent management, employee development, and performance management Experience of digital content creation, designing and delivering training programs at all levels including senior management Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices, eye for detail through effective controls & governance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and report data and utilise metrics to drive decision-making Comprehensive proficiency in using Learning Development Systems & other software and tools Why Join Us?
