Position: Internal Sales Representative Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £13/hour Working Hours: Standard 9 AM - 5 PM Location: Office-based- Liverpool Why Join Us? You will engage with an existing client base of businesses, primarily focusing on enhancing their experience by introducing them to a wider range of products. Forget cold calling! You'll be reaching out to clients who are already familiar with our client's offerings, making your conversations warm and engaging. This is a target-oriented role, and you will receive clear expectations and support to help you succeed. Your Responsibilities: Connect with existing clients to discuss additional product lines Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise client spending and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. What We're Looking For: A motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
