You will handle end-to-end recruitment and general HR admin duties. The role requires working in a busy environment and prioritising workload, as it is a standalone position. This role reports to the Finance Director and involves duties such as: Managing all stages of recruitment (end to end) Collaborating with senior staff on posts Creating high-quality job adverts Requesting references Coordinating return-to-work administration Monitoring absence Updating contract details Managing and producing staff collection sheets Booking training courses Processing offer letters Keeping HRIS updated Advising colleagues on HR policies & procedures Taking minutes at ER meetings Checking payroll What experience do you need? CIPD Level 3 (advantage) At least 2 years experience in HR Knowledge of GDPR legislation End-to-end recruitment experience Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience working in a busy environment Ability to manage own workload High level of confidentiality Payroll administration (advantage) What about you?
