About the role We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team on a six month fixed term basis to support with HR partnering duties in a generalist role. The role will support the implementation of our people strategy and key HR programs across the business, to achieve corporate goals, while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment aligned to the company values. About you and your experience: Ideally CIPD qualified Broad HR generalist experience, comfortable handling a range of HR disciplines Proven experience supporting key change processes across an organisation Experience assisting in planning and implementing learning and development strategies to support business goals.
