We have anew opportunity for a Health and Social Care Assessor and are able to consider both qualified and unqualifiedAssessors!\n \n Job Title:Health and Social Care Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)\n Full training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve a recognised Assessor award\n \n Location: Home/Field based managing a caseload of learners across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire\n \n Salary:£27,000 starting salary, with progression up to £30,000 + BONUS\n \n Package:Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more\n \n Type:Full Time, Permanent\n \n Essential Criteria:\nMust hold own Health and Social Care qualificationat Level 3as a minimum.\nMust hold solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Senior Carer level or above.\nIdeally hold Assessors award - not essential as long as you can demonstrate internal training and development experience hands on within a care setting at management level.\nMust have a good level of ICT skills.\nConfident to deliver Functional Skills.\nFull, clean driving licence and use of a vehicleand must be flexible with travel.Duties include:\nAssess and support learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 3.\nDeliver training and support learners with Functional Skills.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner s needs.\nMeet Assessor KPI s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.\nAssessors are expected to take part in Learner Recruitment to maintain own caseload.Personal Skills:\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.\n Please note:\n KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
