Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor - Level 5 Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Nottingham and Sheffield Salary: £30,000 + Bonus of an additional £5,000 OTE Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Hold a recognisedAssessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA but you do not need up to date assessing experience! Successful candidates must have experience of delivering Apprenticeships (Previously as Frameworks and looking to return to assessing or more recently assessed New Apprenticeship Standards) in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5. Hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care at Management level(Elderly). Confident to deliver Mathsand English Functional Skills. Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required Must have a good level of ICTskills Full, clean driving licenceand use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel Duties include: Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5 (Depending on level of competency). Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Mathsand English to level 2. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organiseand maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner s needs. Meet Assessor KPI s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
