Family Solicitor Swindon My client is a well-established law firm that services both business and private client areas of law, based in the heart of Swindon. This firm is currently recruiting a Family Solicitor with approximately 2+ years PQE to join the growing family department, it prides itself on providing a professional, sympathetic and efficient service it provides. The work will include a mixed caseload of divorce & separation, cohabitation agreements, financial settlements, mediation, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements and Children Law matters. You will handle purely privately funded work, including high net worth financial cases. You should ideally be a member of Resolution. You will be encouraged to participate in actively marketing the legal services of the family department as well as develop your own skills and career path.This is a genuine opportunity for someone who has ambitions to move their career to the next level. You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
