Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Cardiff - £32k package Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join an innovative, dynamic and well-established brand on a permanent basis in Cardiff. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent ideally with Valuation experience who will have the opportunity to progress into a management position. As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a small but fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for: Arranging property viewings Negotiating sales Carrying out Valuations Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have Sales Progression Skills Required: Estate Agency experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving license and car Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30, alternate Saturday 10:00 - 16:00 with day off in lieu.
