Estate Agent Sales Valuer / Lister - Llanishen - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience My client is a leading independent, multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. They pride themselves on their reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and they believe in bringing together traditional values, the latest technology and a real passion for people and property. They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Valuer to join their friendly team in Llanishen. As an Estate Agent Sales Valuer you will be responsible for: Generating new business Carrying out valuations Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients The successful Estate Agent Sales Valuer will have the following skill set: Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience Proven track record in winning new business Strong relationship building and communication skills Full UK licence and car The team at Nexus Recruitment are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector. Hours would be Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 9am - 3pm (with a day-off in lieu offered in that working week.)
