The Role

:

As a Estate Agent , you will managing a diverse property portfolio, overseeing maintenance, inspections, and client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing properties across multiple locations.
  • Delivering effective lettings management services.
  • Negotiating repairs and maintenance.
  • Business development and client negotiations.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and property listings.

    • Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Estate Agent, Lettings Agent or in a similar role.
  • Experience in property management, interacting with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Background working in an estate agency.
  • Negotiation skills in lettings and sales.
  • Familiarity with tenancy laws and agreements.
  • Customer service excellence and IT proficiency.
  • Valid UK driving license.
