Full job description UNIQUE role to suit casual lettings field sales negotiator. Will suit retired lettings agent or someone who wants to fit flexible or commission based work around their lifestyle . Can you SELL? Great OPPORTUNITY to join a Darlington based property management team for a flexible job to suit your lifestyle. Could be self employed or contracted. Sales skills essential Experience in lettings or estate agency preferred Only 1 position to fill so get in first! Exciting position in the field for an outgoing person!! Darlington based but also travelling to different locations throughout the North East for viewings & sales to potential tenants. Flexible schedule arranged by the staff Target & commission based performance pay rather than simply hours Work only when the work is there - some weeks less, some more to suit flexible lifestyle Duties: Work on void properties as & when they come. Between 1-8 properties are likely to be void at any time Advertise properties online with photos & description Communicate with landlords & tenant applicants Take viewings Take applications Check tenants into their new home Other: Perform property inspections when required Other property visits when required Fuel allowance paid Flexible hours to meet demand Prerequisites: Lettings sales & management / estate agent experience Good sales skills/experience Own car required Good computer literacy English & maths GCSE Phone can be provided with a tablet for online work. Potential for progression based on performance but no requirement for increased workload if happy with flexible / casual work. Office site available but most will be independent & on the road at viewings. Some months if all properties are all let would be simply some customer service or miscellaneous duties & doing inspections (circa 1-2 per week). Other months may involve up to 8 voids to work on.
