This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and engage with some of the foremost asset management companies in the UK. Position Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level asset management clients across the UK. Your expertise in the asset management workflows will allow you to effectively position Clearwater s solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships in the UK market. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Clearwater Analytics' solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, focusing on the specific requirements of the UK investment management sector. Solution Selling: Deeply understand client needs, pain points, and regulatory objectives to tailor Clearwater's solutions effectively, demonstrating clear value-added propositions. Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to secure favourable terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with both client requirements and Clearwater's business objectives while adhering to UK regulatory standards. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and tracking progress through the sales cycle using CRM tools, with a focus on the UK asset management landscape. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution consulting, marketing, and client success, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support tailored to the UK client base. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics specific to the UK asset management industry to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with UK clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the sales process and beyond. Qualifications: Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive SaaS/FinTech environment, particularly within the UK market. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of middle and back office workflows within UK asset management sectors, along with relevant reporting requirements. Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to uncover client needs and articulate tailored value propositions that address specific business challenges faced by UK clients. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with experience navigating complex sales cycles and structuring win-win agreements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders within UK firms. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work cross-functionally and contribute to the broader success of the sales organization. Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, exhibiting flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities and market conditions. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
