Our Macquarie Asset Management Communications team is dedicated to supporting the internal communications needs of the Enterprise division. Based in London, you will be collaborating closely with the division head and the wider business management team, as well as colleagues in New York, to support MAM's digitalisation strategy. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies for the Enterprise division. You will work with various teams, including data, digital, design, engineering and change management, to facilitate change, showcase delivery, and promote continuous business improvement. Your role will involve distilling complex technical content into engaging and digestible formats for diverse audiences, ensuring effective communication across the organisation. What you offer Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relationships at all levels. 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate communications role, preferably with a focus on internal communications. Experience in or with an Enterprise function, with a preference for tech/AI focused communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong design skills and familiarity with internal communications platforms like Viva Engage and First-Up.
