Engine Maintenance Technician \n\n£40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) plus vehicle\n\nSheffield / Chesterfield\n\nMC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Engine Maintenance Technician, to carry out field-based maintenance on a number of large engines based on in the Sheffield / Chesterfield area. Our client is an established business within the Power Generation sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Engine Technician to join their team.\n\nAs an Engine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:\n\nField based maintenance across multiple sites\nCommissioning, service and repair of large reciprocating engines (Jenbacher, Caterpillar, MWM, etc.) and all ancillary equipment\nEnsuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times\nOther duties as required\nTo be considered for this position, you should have:\n\nExperience carrying out maintenance on reciprocating engines, turbines and associated plant (turbos, intercoolers)\nA recognised mechanical apprenticeship (HNC or equivalent) with relevant industry experience\nSound knowledge of health & safety\nFull UK driving licence\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business within the Power Generation sector.\n\nThe package on offer includes an attractive basic salary c£40,000 (depending on experience), with other company benefits including vehicle, pension, holidays, etc.\n\nIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the link below or contact Matt at MC Technical Recruitment on (phone number removed) / (url removed) l for a confidential chat
