Temporary Maintenance Technician/Handyman £14.50ph - Sheffield, S1\n\nWeekly Pay PAYE Immediate start\n\nMonday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:00/8:00 - 16:00\n\nWe are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician/Handyman for our Luxury Residential Apartment client in Sheffield.\n\nThe client are looking for a temporary member of staff whilst they recruit for the position permanently.\n\nYour role is to assist in all maintenance related duties which can include:\n\nUndertaking reactive Maintenance tasks to high quality standards including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry where necessary.\nSome painting and decorating - mainly snagging.\nMoving furniture and heavy items across the buildings.\nPutting out bins\nGrounds maintenance\nHealth and safety checks\nThe perfect candidate will have:\n\nProven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction in the following trades: plumber, electrician, or carpenter.\nWork well as a team or individually.\nAwareness of Health & Safety requirements.\nPositive attitude and ability to use initiative.\nHelpful, friendly with a professional manner.\nApply now for consideration.\n\n(Ritzrecempbus)
