Utilise a consultative selling approach to help clients overcome challenges and identify the best energy solutions. Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing support. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics. Oversee the client engagement pipeline to ensure smooth follow-ups and successful conversions. Stay informed about the latest developments and regulations in the energy sector to provide valuable insights to clients and inform business strategies. Negotiate favourable contracts with suppliers to secure optimal conditions for both clients and the organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in energy consulting, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in B2B sales. Excellent verbal communication skills.
