The firm are seeking an experienced solicitor to join the team for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Key Responsibilities: \n Provide comprehensive HR support to employer clients on a daily basis Guide clients through disciplinary procedures and internal investigations Advise on TUPE matters in transactional work, including due diligence and outsourcing Manage employment terminations, including drafting settlement agreements and addressing related tax implications Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts, handling advocacy for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and discrimination claims \n Candidate Requirements: \n Significant experience in Employment Law, gained from a reputable firm recognised for its employment practice Proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for respondents and claimants Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in tribunals and courts Excellent client management abilities, with a focus on providing strategic and clear-cut advice \n What The Firm Offers: \n A supportive and inclusive working environment Competitive salary commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package Flexible working arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance A modern approach to legal practice, valuing diversity and fostering an environment where talent thrives \n To apply for this position, please contact Gayle Woolf at G2 Legal. #INDMALS
