Paid Marketing Specialist (Remote UK/EU Based) Full-time Remote (UK or Europe) Start: Feb/March 2025 Performance Marketing Paid Media Meta Ads Google Ads Growth Marketing Our client is a a fast-growing, remote-first travel company on a mission to make adventure travel mainstream. They re expanding their performance marketing team and looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist to drive high-impact customer acquisition across key markets, with a focus on North America and the UK. If you're a data-driven digital marketer with a proven track record in Meta and Google Ads, and a passion for the outdoors, this role could be your next adventure. The Role As Paid Marketing Specialist, you ll lead customer growth through performance marketing platforms owning campaigns, testing strategies, and optimising for ROI. You ll report to the Head of Performance and work closely with our Paid Media Specialist, marketing team, and creatives. Your focus will be growing our North American and UK audiences, while supporting campaigns in other priority markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape paid media strategy for a purpose-driven travel brand with global ambitions. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other channels. Optimise campaigns for performance and ROI, focusing on customer acquisition in North America and the UK. Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, creative iterations, and bidding strategy optimisation. Manage budgets and ensure spend aligns with business growth goals. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets. Define and track KPIs across channels, providing insights to key stakeholders. Run incrementality and multivariate tests to improve performance. Collaboration & Creative Input Work with content and design teams to create compelling, localised ad creatives. Align paid media efforts with wider marketing campaigns and goals. Contribute to organic social and other growth channels where needed. Requirements Must-Have Skills 3+ years experience running large-scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of North American and UK market behaviors and trends. Expertise in Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Demand Gen. Strong data analysis skills; confident with GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience designing and analysing A/B tests. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Experience in travel or tourism marketing. Familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. Understanding of multi-touch attribution, CRO, and landing page testing. CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). Basic knowledge of SEO and database tools like BigQuery or Snowflake. Creative mindset for ideating paid/organic content. Why Join Us?
