Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources. Oversee the creation of engaging content and promotional materials. Lead and supervise a team. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
