We are seeking a Marketing Executive to enhance our digital presence, drive engagement, and generate leads through innovative digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day of the role: Digital Advertising & Analytics Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to maximise ROI. Enhance website visibility through effective SEO strategies and metadata optimisation. Utilise Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyse website and campaign performance. Implement A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and creative elements. Social Media & Content Creation Create and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Develop and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns. Maintain a content calendar that reflects brand goals and industry trends. Produce high-quality videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Email Marketing & CRM Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and other CRM tools. Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads and enhance engagement. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance metrics across social media, website, and email marketing. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation. Experience & Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and social media marketing. Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO. Skilled in using graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro. Familiar with WordPress, Storyblok, or other CMS platforms. Experienced in email marketing tools and strategies, including Mailchimp and CRM automation. Core Skills: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong passion for digital media and marketing with a desire to advance in the field. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
