As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be essential in driving their business s success by implementing innovative marketing strategies. You will use data-driven insights and automation to engage customers and help shape the future of our clients' marketing efforts. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data is accurate and integrated smoothly. Help analyse customer data to identify trends and create strategies to improve marketing results. Assist in planning, launching, and improving marketing campaigns. Lead Nurturing: Build automated systems to engage and convert leads. Create and update landing pages for a smooth user experience and high conversion rates. Set up and manage marketing automation tools like Zapier, GoHiLevel, or Keap. Continuously improve internal processes to boost efficiency and optimise workflow. Work with other departments to streamline workflows. Produce reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and marketing results. Ensure all marketing efforts comply with data protection rules and company policies. Your Background & Skill: Proven experience with CRM systems such as Keap, Go High-Level, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and administration. Expertise in data migration, cleansing, and segmentation techniques. Experience with personalized marketing and automation platforms. Ability to set up and manage automated campaigns, workflows, and drip marketing sequences. Excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Project management experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Zapier or Keap. Understanding of SEO and its influence on consumer behaviour. Experience with business training programs, especially focusing on branding, social media, and AI. Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies. Proficiency in Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
