Your new company Our client is a well-respected defendant law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Associate (4+ PQE) to join their Liverpool office where you will handle your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence cases. Your new role This Clinical Negligence Associate position will see you handle your own caseload of wide-ranging clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of the NHS Litigation Authority and NHS Trusts. Cases will be a mix of litigated and pre-litigated work. You may be expected to assist the Team Manager and other team members with the running of their caseload when necessary. What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience. Previous experience defending high-value and complex clinical negligence claims is required. Applicants must have defendant experience. You must have excellent technical ability and knowledge of CPR. Successful applicants will have strong communication and advocacy skills.
