Red Recruitment is recruiting a Data Breach Solicitor in Liverpool to join our client, a dedicated personal injury law firm who have an outstanding team of Solicitors who are renowned for their expertise in Personal Injury, Data Breach, and Medical Negligence.\n\nOur client is looking for a Data Breach Fee Earner (Team Leader) with experience of working in a fast-paced, cost-driven environment.\n\nThe salary for this position is £45,000 - £47,000 per annum.\n\nBenefits and Package for a Data Breach Solicitor:\n\nSalary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum\nHours: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm)\nContract Type: Permanent\nLocation: Liverpool (L2) Open to candidates from Wirral tooKey Responsibilities of a Data Breach Solicitor:\n\nManaging a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Data Breach files\nConducting relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim\nUndertaking court telephone hearings\nEnsuring timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems\nAnswering all correspondence and telephone calls\nReviewing files\nManaging a team of 5 fee earners/solicitors and conducting 1-2-1's with your team\nLiaising with ATE providers\nLiaising with medical agenciesKey Skills and Experience of a Data Breach Solicitor:\n\nYou will need to be a qualified Solicitor or have high-level experience in Fee Earning to be considered for this role\nYou should have a minimum of 10 years experience in data breach claims handling, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role\nYou should have a proven track record of managing a team in a claims environment\nHaving expertise in data breach claims and legal frameworks is requiredIf you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!\n\nRed Recruitment (Agency)
