CRM Executive Location: Watford (Hybrid 2 days WFH) Moving to Camden in August (Hybrid 1 day WFH) Industry: Digital Marketing iGaming Gambling Our client is a fast-growing, data-driven digital marketing agency that partners with top online gaming brands to deliver high-impact customer engagement and retention strategies. With a talented team, industry-leading tools, and a performance-first culture, they re redefining CRM in the iGaming space and they re looking for a driven CRM Executive to join them. The Role As CRM Executive, you ll be at the centre of the customer retention strategy, creating and executing personalised multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. Your mission will be to enhance the player journey, improve engagement, and increase lifetime value through data-led, creative marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of CRM or digital marketing experience ideally within the gambling, gaming, or betting sector who is ready to take their skills to the next level. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on retention and reactivation Optimise the customer lifecycle using insights and data-driven strategies Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content and assets Track and analyse CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement Use CRM tools and automation platforms to streamline and enhance campaign effectiveness Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine and improve campaign performance What We re Looking For At least one year of CRM or digital marketing experience Previous experience in the iGaming, gambling, or betting sector is essential Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and multi-channel campaign planning Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data analysis Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised A proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset What s in It for You Clear career growth and development path Hybrid working model Free gym membership Private healthcare and dental cover Annual bonus scheme and stock options Breakfast and lunch prepared daily by an in-house chef Free on-site parking or a short 5-minute walk from Watford Junction This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional who wants to play a key role in a growing, forward-thinking marketing team.
