Growth & Company are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead for a fast-growing PropTech company revolutionizing the residential property surveying and valuation process. Founded in 2018, they're leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide faster, more affordable, and highly reliable RICS-endorsed surveys and valuations. With over 40,000 surveys completed and a reputation for quality and efficiency, they're at the forefront of innovation in the property sector. As the team grows, backed by recently secured investment, they are now looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help achieve their ambitious growth goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and redefining industry standards. Your Role As Growth Marketing Lead reporting directly to the CEO, you ll work closely with the Head of Product and Head of Sales and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth marketing strategy, focusing on both B2B and B2C audiences. You will be responsible for developing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer conversion. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets. Paid Search strategy: Develop and execute a high-performance Paid Search strategy to acquire high-intent customers. Campaign Management: Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media to drive traffic and conversions. Cost Per Acquisition: Optimizing ad spend and campaigns to reduce CAC while maintaining quality. Return on Ad Spend: Tracking revenue generated from paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta). Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead conversion rate optimisation efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience from landing page or ad click to booking a service. SEO Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive SEO strategies using key word research to identify high-potential terms and phrases for optimization. Affiliates & Partnerships: Build and manage effective Affiliate & Partnership programmes to drive customer acquisition. Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collateral that drives engagement and conversion. Growth Experiments: Continuously test, iterate, and scale marketing strategies and channels (organic, viral, or paid) to expand beyond existing funnels. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to integrate growth strategies into the core user experience. Requirements 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation. Previous experience working in a VC-backed startup. Proven track record in Paid Search (Google SEM), Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO-driven growth. Deep expertise in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, and bidding optimisation. Experience in building and scaling Affiliate & Partnership programmes. Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools. Experience running growth experiments, A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation. Ability to own and optimise performance marketing budgets for efficient CAC. Strong leadership and collaboration skills and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup. Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation tools. Experience with virality and referral growth strategies is a plus. Experience in Proptech, Home Services, Digital Platforms or Marketplaces is a plus. Location Hybrid, 2-3 days in-office with the team based in Watford. What You ll Get Competitive salary up to £80,000 per annum with additional bonus scheme. 25 days annual leave. Pension scheme.
