Credit Controller\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits (Hybrid Working, Pension, Private Medical)\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nDuration: Full Time, Permanent\n\nSellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a Credit Controller for a well-established and growing business based in Central Manchester. The company has gone through a sustained period of growth in recent times and as a result an exciting opportunity has opened up within the Credit Control department.\n\nAs the Credit Controller you will build and maintain effective relationships with a portfolio of clients to promote a high performing Credit Control service to the business, which is an integral part of the overall client service. You will work closely with the Senior Credit Controller and Credit Control Manager to create and implement effective and robust Credit Control strategies moving forward.\n\nResponsibilities of the Credit Controller include:\n\nTake ownership of your own ledger delivering effective and consistent cash collection results via telephone, email & meetings\nDriving invoice query resolutions with the internal billings team\nAssist with administrative support to the finance team when needed\nLiaise with other areas of finance and the wider business to result debt queries on a daily basis\nMaintain and grow strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSuccessful Credit Control candidates will have:\n\nTarget driven attitude\nExperience of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAGE Line 50.\nClear and effective communicator at all levels in a professional manner\nWilling to learn and possess a can-do attitude but also be able to use your own initiative\nComfortable in working in a fast-paced environment\nHighly organised with good time management skillsIf you consider yourself to be a proactive rather than reactive individual, committed, career driven professional who can demonstrate the above experience and who would welcome the stimulus of this finance post then we would be pleased to hear from you.\n\nIf you believe you have the necessary skills, ambition, and experience for this Credit Control role, please apply now, or contact Harry Mellor at Sellick Partnership.
