\n RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / SOLICITOR \n SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX \n £30,000 - £45,000 \n \nQED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. \n \nWe are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years. \n \nThe type of residential transactions you should have experience on are: \n\n \n\t sales \n\t purchase \n\t leaseholds \n\t freeholds \n\t remortgages \n\t transfers of equity \n \n\n \nThey re offering 2-3 days from home, a bonus, flexi hours, parking, focus on training and support, a large team of over 15+ people with mixed abilities, a nice relaxed environment, good culture, good retention rates, and will fund qualifications if interested. \n \nIf you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered. \n \n
